Accounts are optional
Home Reach does not require an account. You can use the eligibility wizard and view results without registering or logging in. If you choose to create a free account, we use it only to save your results and favorite listings, and to email you about new matching listings if you opt in. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
What we collect
When you use the eligibility wizard, your answers are stored temporarily in your browser session only. This data is never sent to our servers and disappears automatically when you close the tab.
No sensitive data stored
We do not store your income, household size, voucher status, or any other personal details you enter into the wizard. If you choose to provide an email address for results, it is used once to send your results and then discarded.
Follow-up survey (only if you ask)
At the end of the quiz you can tick a box asking us to check in about two months later. Only then do we keep your email address, and only until that single message is sent, at which point it is deleted. The message links to a short, anonymous survey about how your housing search went; your answer is not connected to your email address. If you have an account, we may send you that same one-off survey. We never sell your address or use it for marketing.
Analytics
We use basic analytics to understand how people use Home Reach; for example, how many people complete the wizard or click on a listing. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We do not track individuals.
Third-party links
Home Reach links to external housing providers, housing authorities, and application portals. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Always review their policies before submitting personal information.
Children
Home Reach is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
